Canadian universities are falling behind, rankings say” by Tara Deschamps (Toronto Star)

What can be gathered from the metrics used by the Times Higher Education’s university rankings are that York University is neck and neck with Western for #226, that party school Duke is better than the U of T, that York is better than Queen’s and Waterloo, and that university rankings are still irrelevant and relatively incomprehensible for the vast majority of students.
